These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of spacknight.top and its articles, comments, pages, and related services (collectively, the “Website”). The Website is operated in the United States by the Spack Night Team (“Spack Night,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
1. Eligibility
The Website is intended for a general audience aged 13 or older. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Website only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Do not use the Website if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.
2. Informational and Editorial Content
Spack Night provides gaming news, opinions, recommendations, tutorials, strategy explanations, technical settings, and other informational content. The Website does not provide legal, financial, medical, safety, or professional esports coaching advice.
Games and online services change frequently. Patch notes, release dates, prices, weapon values, rankings, system requirements, server availability, and product features may become outdated. We do not guarantee that every item is complete, current, error-free, or appropriate for every user, region, device, or competitive environment.
You are responsible for verifying important information with the relevant developer, platform, retailer, tournament organizer, or official documentation before acting on it.
3. No Affiliation with Game Publishers
Spack Night is an independent publication. Unless expressly stated, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the publishers, developers, platforms, teams, players, manufacturers, or brands discussed on the Website.
Game titles, artwork, screenshots, logos, product names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance is for identification, commentary, criticism, reporting, or informational purposes and does not imply endorsement.
4. Intellectual Property
Except for third-party materials, the Website’s original text, editorial arrangement, graphics, branding, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Spack Night and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

- quote a limited portion for commentary, criticism, reporting, or another legally permitted purpose when you provide clear attribution and a link.
You may not, without permission:

- use Website content to impersonate Spack Night or falsely imply endorsement;

5. User Comments and Submissions

You grant Spack Night a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, moderate, and display the submission as needed to operate and promote the Website.
You represent that you have the right to submit the material and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights. Do not submit:
- harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeted abuse;
- malware, phishing, spam, deceptive promotions, or credential requests;
- private personal information about another person;
- copyrighted material you are not authorized to share;
- cheats, exploits, instructions, or code intended to compromise accounts, servers, tournaments, or security;
- paid links, undisclosed advertising, or search-ranking manipulation.
We may edit formatting, hold, reject, hide, or remove submissions at our discretion, but we are not obligated to monitor every submission. Public comments may remain visible until removed.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- interfere with the Website or attempt unauthorized access;

We do not warrant that the Website will always be available, that errors will be corrected immediately, or that following a guide will produce a particular frame rate, rank, match result, purchase outcome, or gaming experience.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPACK NIGHT AND ITS OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, ACCOUNT ACCESS, GAME ITEMS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE WEBSITE.
WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO SPACK NIGHT FOR THE RELEVANT WEBSITE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Spack Night and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Website, your submission, or your material violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how information is collected and processed. Cookie and advertising choices may also be available through the website’s consent controls.
13. Copyright and Rights Notices
To report material you believe infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or another right, email spacknight@gmail.com with the subject Rights Notice. Identify the protected work, the exact Website URL, your authority to act, your contact information, and the requested action. Knowingly submitting a false notice may have legal consequences.
14. Changes and Termination
We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Website. We may also update these Terms. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
We may restrict access or remove submissions when reasonably necessary to protect the Website, users, rights holders, or legal compliance.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Because Spack Night has not stated a public U.S. state of establishment in these Terms, venue and state-law questions will be determined under otherwise applicable law.
Before filing a claim, you agree to send a written description to spacknight@gmail.com and allow 30 days for an informal resolution, unless delay would prejudice a legal right or applicable law allows immediate action.
16. General Terms
If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with incorporated policies, are the complete agreement concerning use of the Website. You may not assign your obligations without our consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a transfer of the Website or business.
